Obtaining an asylum in USA

How can someone apply for an asylum condition in the United States of America? Well, there are some of the simple things that one will definitely not want it for himself: fleeing his own country when it comes to saving life of his own and/ or his family members so that his thoughts/ religion/ caste/ creed or maybe some other thing that is related to the same cause. Anyone who has suffered from one/more of these circumstances can apply for an asylum in USA. So, let us take an in-depth look of the things that one needs to go through in order to qualify for an asylum:

     a.    Should be outside of their country: One particular condition that people need to qualify for the application of an asylum is that he needs to be running out of his shorts when it comes to protect his own life. They necessarily have to satisfy the condition of being something close to a refugee.  

     b.    Afraid for being persecuted in their land: It can be due to the various beliefs that they hold; and this is the reason that the people are being persecuted. In many of the countries; it is seen that it is the government itself supporting and even endorsing such mass level exterminations. 

     c.    Not a danger to the community: For one reason that someone and/or his family should not be a target by the host country is that he might be a threat to the community that he is living in. If it is the condition; then definitely he will not be granted an asylum.

With each passing day, more and more cases have been heard of people trying to fake their situation for an asylum in order to grab the rights of an average American by getting the nationality. Thus, the situation of getting an asylum in America is getting tougher; and it should be not considered something light mouthed.
