Disqualifying people for immigration asylum

Asylum for immigrants will be a great option if they openly fear persecution in their very own country because of the kind of beliefs that they hold, or are willing to hold. In some of the cases, it is seen that the problem will trouble the entire family of the common man because mostly they all have the same belief. It is also common in many of the situations that it is the governments that have been planning on this mission of extinguishment of the people that hold a kind of belief; hence it becomes even vital for someone to flee his country. Actually, the infirmary is provided to the ones who are a runaway out of their country.

United States of America is a country that will provide an asylum to such a needy person and his family.  However, there are also certain conditions that will refuse someone an asylum in the United States, however tough the condition(s) might be against them, back at their home. Let us take a look at the various conditions that can lead someone to an asylum reject:

     a.    Crime: If someone is found guilty in a felony. What are these felonies: They can be anything right from murder to rape, kidnap, trafficking and/ or drugs. This helps in recognizing someone as a potential threat to the country of the United States; and is denied an asylum.

     b.    Participant In persecution: If someone is an ally and/or helped in persecution of an individual/ group of individuals, then he will be rightfully refused an asylum.

     c.    Third country: if a country has already approved a guy an asylum then it will be absolutely straightforward that United States will refuse him an asylum.

    d.    Threat to the country: One will never be provided an asylum to the country if he decides to manipulate with the security of the nation; or poses a potential threat to it.

  1. If a person has not filed an asylum petition within one year, that person could still be eligible for withholding of removal. However, the standard is higher. The person would have to show that he or she is more likely than not to face persecution. Those granted withholding of removal are not later entitled to apply for permanent residency or citizenship. asylum immigration
